1). The primary responsibilities would be Answer/Make calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
2). Contact leads and make a sale.
3). Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
4). Process orders, forms and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
Desired skills & expertise: Fluent English. Passionate and hardworking. Street smart, confident and possessing good a sense of humor.
