● Sourcing & screening candidates as per client requirements.
● Interface with clients and cultivate successful relationships.
● Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of Recruitment.
● Lead the Recruitment Team.
● Identify new or additional revenue opportunities with the current clients.
● Anticipate and communicate project risks.
Desired Skills & Experience:
● MBA or Postgraduate preferred, but not mandatory.
● 1 to 4 years of Recruitment experience mandatory.
● Experience in Niche Technical Recruitment will be an add-on.
● Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style and strong interpersonal and team skills
● Ability to select and use appropriate tools for the job and perform research as per the recruitment requirements.
● Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications.
