The job role that I need to hire for does not fit any of your pre defined roles, what do I do?

You can temporarily select the “Other” option for Job Role while posting the job. Just drop a mail to recruiters@aasaanjobs.com and our Recruiter team shall help you choose an appropriate job role.

What is the Job Approval Process?

  • You post your job requirement and if you have provided the necessary details we approve within minutes.
  • Otherwise, the Recruiter team reviews your job posting and ensures adequate information is provided by editing. After editing, your job post shall be reviewed once more. Once this is done, your job posting is approved.

Why is the job I posted not approved yet?

This could be due to high volume of jobs posted on the Aasaanjobs platform. Please give us 24 hours to review your job post. If it isn’t approved, please send an email to recruiters@aasaanjobs.com. 

When will I start receiving Candidate applications?

A job posting shall start receiving applications once it’s been approved by our Recruiter Team. A job posting is generally approved within 24 hours.

How does Aasaanjobs ensure that only Candidates matching my job criteria are scheduled for an interview?

Our algorithm filters through our database to select and display only the Candidates matching your job requirement, making the whole process quick, easy and convenient. These Candidates are then scheduled for an interview by our Recruiter team.

What can I do to improve the incoming applications?

If you want to increase the number of candidate applications for your job post, try relaxing the requirement for

  1. Work experience
  2. Educational qualifications
  3. Gender

among other selection criteria. You will see an immediate increase in candidate applications!

I cannot see enough candidate recommendations for my job posting, what do I do?

This probably means that we don’t have a candidate matching your exact requirements at this time. We are always increasing our candidate pool to provide you with better recommendations. Send us an email on recruiters@aasaanjobs.com and we will look into alternate sourcing avenues. Meanwhile, you can also relax the criteria for your job posting to increase recommendations.

What kind of plans are offered for Permanent recruitment?

We have 2 plans for permanent recruitment

  1. Trial / Free Plan : Post a job for free with us. Post upto 10 jobs for 2 months validity each. Invite unlimited footfalls on your specified interview location and unlock upto 5 contacts for each job.
  2. Interview Plan : We shall shortlist candidates and send them for interviews at a time that's convenient for you. It's all on us. Sit back and sip your coffee.

What are Interview Credits?

Against each Interview Credit, Aasaanjobs ensures a turn up of one candidate as matching the job description provided by you.

How do I Recharge Credits?

Recharging credits on Aasaanjobs is as simple as buying any product online!

  1. Click on ‘Buy Now’ button on your dashboard.
  2. Choose the specific job and the number of interviews you require.
  3. Pay through Credit / Debit / Netbanking.
  4. Receive Payment Invoice.

That’s it, you’re done!

What is the Refund Policy for Aasaanjobs?

Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of Aasaanjobs & requests for refund should be directed to sales@aasaanjobs.com.

What is Contractual Staffing?

Contractual staffing is a staffing solution that gives you the the flexibility to hire on Aasaanjobs’ payroll. It is popularly called temporary staffing or off-roll hiring services.

What is the difference between Contractual Staffing and Payroll Management?

  • Contractual Staffing includes candidate sourcing, recruiting, and Payroll Management. Here the candidate will be on Aasaanjobs’ payroll.
  • Payroll Management includes only Payroll Operations for the employees selected by you. The candidate shall be on your payroll, only the payroll will be managed by Aasaanjobs.

What is the procedure to get a Candidate hired via the Contractual Staffing model?

Under the Contractual Staffing Model,

  1. A dedicated Account Manager shall be assigned to you.
  2. A Recruitment Drive would be fixed where you can hire suitable candidates, as per your convenience.

How would the Commercials for contractual staffing work?

The Commercials structure is :

  1. One Time Sourcing Fee: We charge a One Time Sourcing Fee for sourcing the most relevant Candidates as per your requirements.
  2. Management Fee : We levy a Management Fee on the monthly payable CTC of the employees who are on Aasaanjobs’ payroll for managing and processing their payroll.
  3. Absorption Fee : Absorption Fee is charged if you wish to take any of the Aasaanjobs’ Candidates on your payroll, during the Term of the Contract.

Who handles the compliances : PF, ESIC et. al. for Contractual Staffing Candidates?

Aasaanjobs has industry veterans/experts on board who handle all compliances.

Do I have to pay for PF, ESIC etc. employee benefits?

Yes. You would have to pay for employee benefits such as PF, ESIC etc.

What are the benefits of Contractual Staffing?

Contractual Staffing allow you to :

  1. Scale up and scale down business as per business requirement.
