Job Description:
- Senior accounts and admin executive undertake banking work like
- Depositing cheques, RTGS, NEFT
- Undertakes Admin work
- Maintains financial records and statements
- Undertakes GST Work
- Undertakes Errors of accounts
- Undertakes Monthly Account reconciliation
- Provide training to juniors
- Perform bookkeeping, general ledger functions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for the management.
- Reconcile vendor balances.
- Make appropriate corrections in vendor accounts.
- Undertake bank reconciliation
- Undertake tally
- Supervise accounts team
- Payment follow-up
- Taxation procedures
