Designation: Admin Cum Accountant
Role: Accounts & Administration
Experience: 2 - 5 years

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual
- Reports & MIS generation
- Arranging conference and coordinating meetings
- Working on day to day tasks and projects
- Coordinate with front desk activities
- Managing and maintaining whole Organisation
- Maintain smooth flow of administrative activity in the organisation
- Manage payment of all utility and service providers
- Attendance tracking
- Maintaining stock / Control / Purchase - Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationery items etc
- He has the responsibility of reviewing and managing office budget and expenditure
- Asset and Inventory management Office Assets
- Preparation of various Reports and Accounting Entries.
- Petty cash supervision
- Good command over MS Office tool and Tally ERP, GST, TDS
- Having sound knowledge and experience with GST filling process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skill with pleasing personality
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel is must.
- Goal oriented and people management
- Knowledge of Tax Returns, ESI, PF, issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A, EPF, Professional Tax will be added advantage
