Responsibilities and Duties

  • Minimum Experience of 2 to 4 Years in Admin Role
  • Managing the Day to day Activities
  • Candidates should have good communication skills
  • Have knowledge in sales and purchase
  • Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Should be self confident and energetic.
  • Prior experience in administration is preferred
