Job Description
1. Licenses : Co-ordinate with the training team members (both GBP & out stations) and pilots for smooth handover and takeover of licenses. Handing over the training certificates to the base pilots. Checking the docs received from the pilots against the checklist for onward submission to GBP for renewal purposes.
2. Uniforms : Co-ordinate with base pilots and the procurement team, for issue/re-issue of uniform and related items. Keep records of the same. Inventory to be maintained for the base pilots and tallied on a monthly basis with the Del team. Disseminate uniforms to the base pilots.
3. Line Ops. feedback : Interact with pilots and get a feedback on all flight ops related issues. Suggest any improvement/s whenever and wherever required.
4. AEPs : Will be the nodal point for the pilots and the security staff in charge of AEPs. They will handover/takeover the renewal forms/AEPs etc. and hand it over to the concerned for further NA.
5. Tracking co-mails : Keep a track of co-mails sent/recd.
6. Help the FOS staff in distribution of e-manuals against signature.
7. General : Any other activity delegated by the Manager (Line Ops.).
