1) Responsible for achieving given annual target allocated for the alternate channel
2) Responsible to develop associate partnerships (DSAs) for home loan business
3) Will be responsible for the overall sign up of channel partners, leading the empanelment from – sign up to activation
4) Responsible for acquisition process :- pipeline development, value proposition, due-diligence, closure, agreement and business sourcing
5) Responsible for maintaining portfolio quality from the channels partners
6) Establish relationship with large organization for developing alternate business channels
7) Develop and execute marketing plans by way of events/tie ups / corporate marketing with Industrial Houses, Hospitals, retail Chains etc
8) Responsible for training and handholding of channel partners
9) Actively manage the relationship of existing channel partners
10) Liaison with credit and operations for disbursal of loan files
