Job Description

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls/e-mails and take appropriate action. 
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  •  Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Calls to be Handled Per Day- 50+

Salary Slab- Upto :-

  • 1.92 Lakh for Fresher(UG)
  • Upto 2.2 Lakh for Fresher(Graduate)
  • Upto 3 Lakh for Experienced between 1 to 3 Years based on Previous Relevant Experience
  • Upto 4 Lakh for Experienced above 4 Years based on Previous Relevant Experience
