Job Description
- Should have experience in supporting the application and infrastructure 24x7.
- Should have good working knowledge on I troubleshooting skills of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows)
- Good experience on Java/j2EE application supporting and AWS infra supporting.
- Should have experience in understanding and supporting 3-tier application architecture.
- Good knowledge in scripting languages like Shell, Python.
- Good Knowledge on Database like Mongo, Mysql, SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system.
- Working knowledge of (AWS) Amazon Cloud Platform using services like EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, cloud watch.
- Good Knowledge on DevOps tools like Jenkins and AWS Development tools such as AWS code commit
- Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure high-availability of our production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Knowledge in monitoring across heterogeneous operating systems as well as the integration of specific process using tools like Runscope, Nagios, and AWS Cloud Watch.
- Experience/Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Collaborative, team focus along with working experience in a 24- 7 uptime environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
