To identify, recruit ,train and manage a team of RMs in assigned Geography
Handle customer queries/escalations of existing and new mortgage customers
Maintain a healthy sourcing mix by facilitating the assigned store fronts mobilize business/ through marketing campaigns in assigned geography/and referral agents
Recruitment and onboarding of outsourced referral agents
Develop and maintain builder relationships
Ensure consistent topline growth in terms of disbursements as per assigned profitability metrics
Ensure quality of portfolio is maintained by sensitizing the team members and customers on timely repayment of EMIs
Maintain Manpower and branch/storefront productivity as per assigned targets
Formulate and review the activity calendar of RMs on weekly basis
Monitor and track the competitors and share market best practices
