Responsibilities :
- Reporting to company GM to Plan and execute the sales targets and growth for the assigned area (10-12 districts) .
- Managing the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed targets.
- Sales Channel Establishment - SS appointment and Distributor Appointment.
- Managing the Sales network of SS and Distributors.
- Recruitment of down the line Sales team.
- Market Visit, Network opening and Dealer Appointment in Vacant Geographies.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and design schemes for the same.
- Assisting sales personnel in their training and development
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term growth for the company.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
