Responsibilities : 

  • Reporting to company GM to Plan and execute the sales targets and growth for the assigned area (10-12 districts) .​
  • Managing the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed targets. 
  • Sales Channel Establishment - SS appointment and Distributor Appointment. 
  • Managing the Sales network of SS and Distributors.  
  • Recruitment of down the line Sales team. 
  • Market Visit, Network opening and Dealer Appointment in Vacant Geographies. 
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and design schemes for the same. 
  • Assisting sales personnel in their training and development 
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term growth for the company. 
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
