Job Description

Social Media Management & Optimization:

  • Plan & implement monthly social media calendar and execute the marketing plan
  • Create social media marketing strategy which will help brand grow more organically
  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities which include handling platform - like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, and company blog
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way
  • Work with creative team to create creative for social media platforms
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
  • Monitor social channels for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Come up with unique innovative content and engagement ideas. Leverage social media and other platforms to design campaigns and contests to create positive word of mouth

Online Reputation Management (ORM):

  • Monitoring all social platforms, blogs, custom sites, App, etc for queries/feedback/complaints
  • Actively respond to all comments & provide resolution
  • Active social and web listening, effective tracking of mentions through the use of ORM tools

Competitor Analysis:

  • Be up-to-date with competition activities and track their campaigns
  • Provide intelligence of best practices and be aware of developments in social space

**Week off details:  Alternate Saturdays will be off.
