Responsible for complete onboarding, training of every new rider on various elements like process training, soft skills training, rider app training, training on other rider related policies, processes.
Responsible for monthly refresher training to all the riders on various. This is will include visiting the riders at their hubs located across NCR and re-train them on elements including but not limited to those mentioned in point 1.
The individual will have to become a SuperUser of every product made for the entire operations time like rider app, different admin panels and has to be fully aware of all the features available and how to use, implement them.
Co-ordinating with the Tech team and understanding the new features to be released in all products and training the concerned members.
Connecting with the riders. Speaking with them regularly to understand their pain points (if any) and sharing feedback regularly with the concerned.
