Job Duties –
Generating new sales outbound by approaching HR/Admin of corporates between 100 to 500 employees Generating new leads through Tele calling Generating connections through LinkedIn Generating contacts by being active in the HR/Admin groups (online and offline) Identifying client’s requirements and offering the best suited project to clients Making presentations to small and large groups Clients Follow Up Calls Updating call records in ERP Software Achieving the targets and goals set by the HOD Follow the Sales Strategy as discussed in weekly/monthly meeting.
Minimums 4 closings a month 50 new HR/Admin head appointments in a month 10 Presentations to small or large groups in corporates in a month
