6. Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
7. Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
8. Adhering and achieving to ramp up targets.
9. Candidate should have language (Tamil, English) speaking skills.
10. The candidates should be able to work with a Team.
11. The candidates have to report to appropriate Team Leaders
12. They should be able to respond to customer inquiries / Resolving customer queries relating to product
13. Training will be given to the selected candidates*.
