Job description

1.     The candidates should be able to speak over phone to customer.

2.     Serve as the human voice and personality behind the brand providing quality client service with each and every client interaction

3.     Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain customer trust

4.     The candidates should be able to convert calls into business.

5.     The candidates should have the ability to efficiently learn process knowledge.

6.     Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.

7.     Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided

8.     Adhering and achieving to ramp up targets.

9.     Candidate should have language (Tamil, English) speaking skills.

10.  The candidates should be able to work with a Team.

11.  The candidates have to report to appropriate Team Leaders

12.  They should be able to respond to customer inquiries / Resolving customer queries relating to product

13.  Training will be given to the selected candidates*.
