Recruit /Train Agency Managers and Advisors.
Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
Enhance Agency Manager earnings based on vintage.
Focusing on advisor and Agency Manager retention.
Focus on Customer retention.
Generate sales leads through Agency Managers and advisors by up selling and cross selling of product mix
Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills

Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of Agency Managers and advisors
Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold criteria
Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
Educational Qualification Any graduation
2-8 Years of experience
