º Requirement Gathering through meetings with users, analyzing their Business Requirement documents (BRD) and prepare Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
º Sanity testing of the deliveries being made, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
º Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms with minimum TAT.
º Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
º Strong believer of data analysis to do RCA and usage of Technology / Process to enhance customer experience.
º Performing and managing day to day branch operations activities such as data entry, QC, Banking, Recon, MIS Publishing, Endorsements, and Cancellations etc.
º Provide resolutions to the various queries related to Process, Underwriting& Guidelines of branches and give approvals in system related to various exceptional requests.
º Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity
