Roles:
• Organizing individual & team sales visits
• Demonstrating / presenting products, services
• Establishing new business, relationships
• Maintaining accurate records & attending sales meetings
• Reviewing team performance and meeting targets
• Negotiating contracts, rates, commissions, deals
• Having existing merchant / client relationships (applicable for lateral hires)
Skills:
• Must have field sales experience in any spa and Salons
• Maturity & Confidence
• Aggressive
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Mobile Tech savvy
• Knowledge of English / Hindi and local language
• Team Handling skills is must - Team Size : 5 to 10
