POSITION OVERVIEW:
IBSW is currently recruiting for Business Development Consultant for their operations in Bangalore, India. This unique role encompasses promotion, outreach, marketing, public relations while representing a fast-growing leader in international education programs.
Job Type:
- This is a fulltime position located in our Bangalore, India office with yearly salary of Rs.2.5Lacs per annum including incentives. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- In partnership with our education and marketing teams, you will cultivate strong relationships with education industry leaders to develop strategic opportunities for growth
- Your efforts and networking will generate student inquiries, contacts and will promote the features and benefits of IBSW educational services
- Establish yourself as a trusted resource by gathering and communicating strategic information and recommending marketing modifications Ability to quickly understand new technologies at the level necessary to market them
- Represent IBSW, promoting a positive image while attending career fairs, trade shows and conferences
- Successfully manage informational and promotional outreach campaigns directed to the education community
- Ability to work effectively with decision-makers across many levels of an organization.
- Highly detail oriented with strong ability to understand constituent needs and lead teams toward a common goal.
- Demonstrate experience presenting to senior management.
- Your exceptional presentation and people skills will be tremendously valuable as you represent the institution at a variety of engagements, including job fairs, orientations, graduations, “lunch and learns” and other meetings.
- Prepare and present bi-monthly accountability reports

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or business administration or related field required with 2+ years of experience or MBA with 1 year of experience.
