· Coordinate with various companies and get their job openings listed on the portal or from the reference or direct meeting with the HR Head.
· On daily basis interacting with new & existing corporate HR Head to fetch their Fresher / Experienced requirements, visit them personally, understand their requirement & ensure we are giving them the best services from our end.
· Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate recruitment requirements from them.
· Single point of contact for all the Coordination for Placement.
· Brand Building of the company in the target markets.
· Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market demands.
· Excellent communication, presentation skills and analytical skills.
· Successfully Closing placement deals, Data Management, Event Management.
· Meeting placement targets month on month.
· Arrange minimum 5+ opportunity for fresher’s every month.
· Should have ability to do tie up with companies in accordance with our trade.
· Lead the operations for the complete placement process life cycle.
· Providing trustworthy feedback about ongoing or upcoming project to management
· Implementing business strategies while tying with new ventures.
