ABOUT THE ROLE
Toppr is looking fora BusinessDevelopment Executives (BDE). BDE’s generateleads fromoffline activations that arerequired to run sales atthe citylevel. They spearhead Toppr offlineoperations with end to end executionof events.These eventsinclude hosting mock tests indifferent schools, organising games, workshops, seminars,and apartmentactivations. Apart from organising events,they playa keyrole in ensuring data collection. Theyanalyse this data to identifyhot leadsand providethem tothe salesteam as quickly as possible. Theywill workclosely with Business Development Manageron dailybasis.

Hosting review meetings: Be a part ofdaily callswith currentleaders. Hold individual pipeline reviewmeetings and weekly teammeetings.
City Level Ownership: Own the citylevel growth,promotions and marketing across channels.
Build your own team:Opportunity to build your ownteam ofFreelancers, Interns, data coordinators to establish Toppr as theleading E-Learning education brand inthe cityfor K12.
WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR
Education: B.Com/BMSor equivalentfrom areputed college.
Experience: Min 1+ year ofexperience in B2B sales andBTL marketing.Connections with a range ofschools or previous experiencein Institutionalsales isa plus.
Soft Skills:Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have workedcollaboratively with marketing and product teams.
Responsibility: Taken ownership of city-level databeing ina revenue-drivenrole.
