This Outside Sales Position focuses on Growing the business- new business acquisition, to offer best in class, executive level management solutions to customers that are currently underserviced from their current service provider. Our Account executive focus on value- based selling in which a customer develops a long term partnership with UPS.
Retain Existing Customers and to develop and grow new business from them.
Achieve Set Targets related to business development and technology solutions and contribute profitability to the Organization.
Essential functions of the role Manages existing business relationships in order to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, and securing contract agreements from previously non- contracted customers. Generate revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face- to- face meetings. Control revenue by maximizing profits through sales strategies, margin control and mitigating customer loss. Reduces lost major accounts by diffusing cancellation requests. Meets or exceeds sales call activity goals for proactive account retention. Administer concurrent sales initiative from proposal stage through customer acceptance and implementation. Achieve sales goals and development standards required to attain the next level of career advancement.
Experience in international freight forwarding is must .

\Experience.
• Minimum 3 continuous years with the same employer in Corporate Sales in an Indian or Multinational Company /Conglomerate. Selling experience of Express or Freight will be an advantage.
