Job Description 

    Role Objective
    The role focused towards generating revenue for the company by offering specialized services to the consumer.

    Key Result Areas
    • Making enhanced outbound calls ( approx. 100-150 calls) on leads provided by the company
    • Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of products
    • Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
    • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
    • Creating database of existing and new clients
    • Adhering to quality standards and processes

    Required Candidate profile


  1. Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices like B2B marketing, Lead Generation, e-mail marketing, Digital Marketing.
  2.  Manage, nurture and convert leads generated through cold calling into sales.
  3. Good presentation skills, and the ability to articulate services offered to prospects.
  4. Awareness and Knowledge about the current E commerce needs.
  5.  Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning.
  6.  Client Convincing & Client Handling.
  7.  Planning and implementing different techniques and strategies of sales.
  8. Candidates should be able to generate quality leads through cold calling and convert to sales. Should be able to follow through client interactions, prepare presentations and other sales material.


    Education
    Graduates/Post Graduates
    Must have good spoken & written communication skills in English and Hindi.

    Experience
    0 to 2 years of work experience in sales/business development.

    Behavioral Competencies
    Ability to work independently.
    Ready to take challenges.
    Self-motivated.
