Seller Escalation
- Acting as a primary interface between Company and the business partners by building platforms and business knowledge to better serve them.
- Creating solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends, apart from making improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations or Payments teams as required to resolve seller’s issues and questions.
- By maintaining exemplary performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution and attendance provided prompt and efficient service to company Sellers and Merchants, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues.
- Help sellers create product catalog and ensure the product description or images are as per company guidelines.
- Responds to Associate support requests in real time, also educating Associates with the goal of achieving timely first contact resolution, as well as a remarkable & reproducible Seller/Vendor Experience.
Business Development
- Vendor acquisition, on-boarding and account management across fashion wear category in India
- Manage end-to-end all vendor contracting processes
- Negotiate favorable terms of relationship with vendors
- Coordination with Operations team to scale sourcing operations
- Setup the required QA, returns and exchanges processes with all the vendors

Salary Range : 4 Lakh - 8 lakh per annul.
