Acting as a primary interface between Company and the business partners by building platforms and business knowledge to better serve them.
Creating solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends, apart from making improvement suggestions.
Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations or Payments teams as required to resolve seller’s issues and questions.
By maintaining exemplary performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution and attendance provided prompt and efficient service to company Sellers and Merchants, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues.
Help sellers create product catalog and ensure the product description or images are as per company guidelines.
Responds to Associate support requests in real time, also educating Associates with the goal of achieving timely first contact resolution, as well as a remarkable & reproducible Seller/Vendor Experience.
Vendor acquisition, on-boarding and account management across fashion wear category in India - Manage end-to-end all vendor contracting processes - Negotiate favorable terms of relationship with vendors - Coordination with Operations team to scale sourcing operations - Setup the required QA, returns and exchanges processes with all the vendors

Salary Range : 4 Lakh - 8 lakh per annul.
