Job Description

  1. Responsible for Sales & Marketing team
  2. Responsible for creating, building & managing the sales team
  3. Responsible for product lines : Farm management services, Sales/export of agricultural produce & i-smart solution (Agri solutions via internet)
  4. Responsible for product branding, promotion, creating value
  5. To prepare comprehensive Marketing plan and corresponding budget
  6. To enhance the scope of customer base
  7. Responsible for customer Research, profiling, customer engagement activities
  8. Generation of leads and widening scope of market penetration while being cost conscious
  9. Responsible for Improvement cycle in Sales and Marketing programme
  10. To build and develop strong relationship with Farmer community/groups
  11. To create timely sales strategies
  12. To conduct Market study and be abreast with market events
  13. To advise on Sales augmentation and overall growth of the organization
  14. To Create Sales budget and estimates Annually/Quarterly and closely monitor for achievement
  15. To provide comprehensive Sales Report at regular intervals and reports to CEO
