Duties and Responsibilities:
Selling of Medical Equipment related to Intensive Care Devices & Respiratory Devices - Patient Monitor, ECG machine, CPAP, Nebulizers and medical accessories and supplies in order to generatelead and close the deal.
Performed all preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment required for production facility like Patient monitor, ECG machine, Defibrillator, CPAP, Nebulizers, Ventilator etc.
Determined repair and modification work needed on equipment as per equipment modalities regulations and protocols.
Ensured that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time.
Performed troubleshoot on equipment and determined cause of the malfunction.
Assisting and consulting dealers and nursing administration about products, accessories, CMCs, AMCs and medical supplies.
Relationship building with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners
Good command over English, Hindi and the regional language is required.
Should possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
