Keeping team updated with upcoming project.

Should be Target Driven and self motivated.

Follow-up collections.

Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and brokers.

Should be updated with Marketing Strategies to sell Residential Properties.

Responsible for sales of the company project.


1. Communication skills - verbal and written.

2. Good Negotiation skills and Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone.

3. Sales oriented, Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked for.

4. Self-motivated, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented.

5. Keep project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously.
