Researching the needs of target customers and identifying relevant ‘influencer’ individuals
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Pitching Company’s services:
Responsible for content and related material development including presentation decks, introductory communication, contracts
Introduce new product and service developments to existing and potential clients
Achieving sales goals for self and the team
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers:
Leverage consumer data for customer relationship management
Develop consumer loyalty and grow repeat utilization factor
