The business development professional will be responsible for market research,
client profiling, cold calling, lead generation and scheduling meetings with relevant
clients.
Job Description:
Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
Making cold calls and sending e-mails to prospective clients
Establishing customer needs and sell products accordingly.
Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
Generate quality leads and schedule meetings with new clients that result in
sales.
Understand offerings of Information Mapping and convey sales pitch to the
customer
Team management
Key Skills:
Should be exceptionally fluent in communication
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Should possess great comprehension skills
Well groomed, presentable and street smart
Proven Sales track record
Stable in the career (shouldn't have a frequent in-and-out record on resume)
Exposure to corporate and services sales (B2B)
Strong business acumen or business development experience
