Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service

Handling Inbound Calls. Provide assistance in terms of order taking, complaint handling. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Good Customer Service Skills

Customer orientation and ability to adapt

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Fluent in English Communication - Verbal and Written
