Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 0 – 4 years
Salary: 1.5-2.5 lacs Per annum
We are looking for customer calling expert to provide excellent customer service call support. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention via escalation handling.
- Actively solve customer concerns via call support and handle customer escalations
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide reasonable resolutions
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Enthusiasm to grow and work in a challenging environment
- Working experience in customer relationship, sales, marketing and other related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to think strategically
- Customer service orientation
