About the Role:
Handling the complete Planning & Management Activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory and tax audits within time and cost budget. Liaison with Head Office on India and Sub Continents finance issues and follow up.
To coordinate all Accounting issues like checking & collecting, maintaining statement of accounts, timely submission of reports to Head office and transactions are verified and recorded in line with Financial Policies and Procedures. Coordinating payments for service providers. Coordinating with finance discrepancies reports.
Prepare and cross verify Cargo Sales Reports from stations
To ensure all the Tax reports are done
Customer service assisting Regional Manager in HR related matters. Maintaining attendance register and keeping leave records
To fulfill all Customer Service Requirements as per company procedure
Receive, record, coordinate approvals and final payments of all vendor payments
Plan and effective prepare as per the monthly budget and distribute to stations
Involves coordinating with other stations in and compiling data/Revenue reports. Assisting the Regional Manager in HR and administrative related matters
Diploma or Associate degree or equivalent
Knowledge in Air Cargo Operations
Knowledge of and Cargo Accounting
Knowledge of Aviation Related expenditure
