Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Solid organizational, administrative and time management skills
  •  Keen sense of attention to detail
  •  Accountability and planning
  • Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results with the batch
  • Groom new hires to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer focused agents
  • Monitor and maintain quality of interaction with customers.
  • Call handling to develop first hand sensing of customer pulse and manage irate customers.
  • Motivating each Team Member, guiding, monitoring their performance and implementing  corrective actions as required.
  • To ensure that at no point in time the team lacks supervision.
  • Handling team and shop floor escalations calls and providing end to end resolutions.
  • Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual  efficiency.
