  • Making
        outbound calls


        

  • Provide
        consultation to potential & interested clients.


        

  • Regular
        follow-up with them


        

  • Maintaining
        the relationship with clients


        

  • Updating
        the client on the status


        

  • Coordinating
        with other departments


        

  • Being
        face of the company and assisting team and handling day to day
        activities of the company.


        

  • Assist
        people smoothly with a smile on face and should actively interact
        with them


        

  • Greet
        people warmly and make sure they are comfortable.


        

  • Handling
        counter billing & Cash settlement


        

  • Daily
        reports on number of invoices billed.


        

  • Handling
        calls & Handling customer queries.


        

  • Taking
        care of overall front area, including Notice board, promotions,
        board meetings etc.


        

  • Dispatching
        the courier consignment and tracking the details and follow up made.


        

  • Handling
        inward and outward register for the distributors.


        

  • Handling
        incoming and outgoing calls.


        

  • Perform
        basic book keeping, filing and clerical duties.


        

  • Fixing
        appointments for the distributors and informing the concern depts.


        

  • Informing
        the courier person about the courier.


        

  • Aware
        of business plan and products as to educate the customers if they
        wanted to know about the company and products( in the form of
        Mail/Walk-In/ Phone call)
