Responsible for ensuring development of brand strategy, plans as well as ensuring delivery of digital marketing solutions & services to clients.
Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
Work closely with client team to understand the client business strategy, plans & requirements
Work with the team to help develop brand strategy including digital marketing strategy & execution plans for the client. This would entail close coordination with the client teams
Develop marketing plans and finalize agreed plans with the client team to proactively drive initiatives
Develop detailed monthly calendars and finalize with the client team
Serve as a resource for the Organization with respect to translation of client requirements for implementation on various digital & offline initiatives including specific campaign plans
Create/edit content and talk lines in all creatives to ensure accuracy and relevance to the client
Supports team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification

Contribute to Revenue Growth by servicing Clients

Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of digital marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media and digital marketing
Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, website and app development, email marketing, mobile marketing, re-marketing, SEM, SEO.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.”
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field.
Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
Practices superior time management.
Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
