To execute the business plans for the assigned accounts (Banks & Alliances) of ManipalCigna within territory.
To work along with the partner team to optimise on the distribution opportunities for Health Insurance across the partner ecosystem.
To lead and manage the assigned accounts within the allotted territory to ensure that they have the right skills and are motivated to perform well in their roles. This includes coaching as well as transferring specific sales skills and techniques on-the-job, leading to successful execution and results.
Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the Cigna sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution
