We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commi III to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation and will need to lead by example, demonstrating high end cookery and culinary skills alongside man management and staff development.
Qualifications
a. Candidate should have an experience as a helper or Commi 3 to a Chef in kitchen operations
b. Candidate should have a relevant training in restaurant industry
c. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
d. Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food and wastage costs
e. Have a positive and energetic attitude and an infectious passion for cooking

Responsibilities
1. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions
2. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
3. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
4. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
5. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
6. Preparation of mise en place
