Roles & Responsibilities:
Young Lady Graduates with MBA in any specialization with excellent communication skills ,PR skills and comfortable with socializing and dating culture and organizing, scheduling and coordinating the clubbing events and late night parties for VIP'S, Celebrities, Corporate and Elite Class Business Women across the globe and also managing all their private & confidential relationship.
Age Between 28 to 50 years
Should have pleasing personality very fashionable in dressing with very modern outlook, moderate values and modern ethics.
Should have in depth knowledge of computers & Internet Social Media Applications like Facebook, Google Social networking platforms, Dating Android App on Google Platform, Google Elite Clubs (High Profile Networking & Community & Socializing Groups) on Google platforms, Google Contents , Google Apps and Google Play Stores.
Managing the Dating Android App on Google Play Stores, Google Platforms, Google Hangouts for VIP’S, Celebrities, Corporate Class and Elite Customers (High Profile Networking & Community Groups & Socializing & Dating Groups ) to schedule, organize, co-ordinate and manage all their private and personal meetings, clubbing events, dating events, late night parties and manage their private and confidential relationship.
Managing the day to day operations,resource & development, learning & development, training & development, business planning, operations, customer relationship management (CRM), team building & management, project planning &implementation of new policy & procedures, training need analysis,feedback analysis and managing information security (data protection) resource & development, compliance issue, implementation of new policy &
procedures, managing information security system.
Liaising with clients & stakeholders in monitoring and reviewing the scope and progress of the social media business.
Analysis of the business and the operations, evaluation of the business and the policy and the procedures to be implemented.
Owning the entire lifecycle of operations at each stage, maintaining database and to be able to extract reports.
Leading, training and monitoring the performance of Operations team members to ensure efficiency in service operations.
Guide research project teams to deliver maximum insight and impact to our clients and business.
Guide team member’s problem solving, development of research strategies, application of analytical techniques and frameworks, and creation of research end-products.
Understanding project and client specifications, client requirements and needs overseeing it deliverable business preparation with extensive client engagement, client acquisition and client retention.
Understanding of the complete social media operations life cycle, managing projects with a specialized team and ensuring completion within specified deadline.
Responsible for end to end research on social media including data gathering, analysis and writing reports.
Require travel to other locations in India as well as globally on a business visit or on a personal visit.
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Managing quality assurance programmes globally.
Researching new technologies and alternative methods.
