Job description

Answer calls professionally to provide information about our services.
Obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of candidates interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Respond to customer queries.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
Resolve customer issues.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive 
communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right 
methods/tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within
the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
