Job description

Responsibilities 


1. Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls 
2. Generates Sales Lead
3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/ tools
4. Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
5. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. follow up to ensure resolution
6. Keep Records of customer interactions
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
