Job description

  • Candidates will be responsible to handle customer queries via email and call and will be required to respond in the most professional manner.
  • They should have the ability to handle complex inquiries Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Good communication is necessary for dealing effectively with customers and for developing a good, positive relationship with staff.
  • Must enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Should have the ability to handle the pressure.
