§  Resolving patient queries in regard to their account

§  Online payment processing

§  Coordinating with Doctor’s office for adjustments and patient bill balance

§  Effective patient A/R Management

§  Adhering to SLAs and client specifications to deal with outstanding amount

§  Reminders and follow-ups on Patient Financial plans
