Institutions)

1. Learn Edchemy software modules & Features
2. Understand customer requirements
3. Learn to configure the requirements in Edchemy software
4. Create training materials
5. Train the users
6. Maintain Customer Satisfaction
7. Build strong relationship with customers
8. Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customer
9. Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders
10. Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
