Role & Responsibilities
- Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues.
- Open and maintain customer details in CRM.
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
- Document all details accurately for correspondence
- Send daily, weekly reports to Supervisor
- Attend to additional responsibility as instructed by manager
