Summary: -
Customer Care Executives - WFH (work from home) - Outbound Process. You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Will be responsible for Outbound calls for assigned leads as per business expectations
- Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call.
- Should handle the customers confidently and assertively.
- Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the company’s customer database
- Excellent Customer Service Skills, both over the phone and in person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Person Specifications
Min 12th Standard, Graduates Preferred
Strong Communication Skills (English, Hindi)
1 to 6 years work experience in Outbound Process/ Inbound
