This is not selling but an AFTER SALES CUSTOMER CARE
This is for Customer care division of the E-Commerce division
Job Responsbilities:
- Call customers to check if product was delivered on time, product quality.
- Follow up with customers if they have a feedback
- Coordinate with the Operations team in case the customers are facing any issue with the product being delivered.
- Feedback on Product and Company from customers
Requirements:
- Freshers with a Bachelor's degree can also apply
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates with prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales can apply
