  • Candidate will be responsible to solve customer queries over call,e-mails,chat.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 
  • Will also be involved in activities like elite calling and pitching the customer regarding special product offers.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
