Responsibilities and Duties
· Technical explanation of BharatAgri services to farmers
· Selling BharatAgri services to farmers
· Address any query regarding the BharatAgri app
· Must be fluent in Marathi
· Clear and confident speaking skills
· Patience in handling calls of farmers
· Understand the farmers’ grievances and resolve them correctly & swiftly.
· Ability to handle communication on digital medium like Chat, WhatsApp, etc.
· Revenue based targets must be met
· Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. Agri preferred)
