Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
· Nature of work – Outbound Voice process, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer support
Agents to manage services like payment issue, support in increasing revenue (e.g. convincing restaurants owners to offer combo, discounts, selling ads, etc.)
· Agent Skills & Experience mix –
o 6 months to 1 year in any contact center operations with Sales Process
o Fresher Can also apply with good communication and convincing skill required
· Languages – English & Hindi / or Tamil /Telugu /Malayalam ( Bengali & Assamese
